About Lydia Owsley, PT
Lydia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Saint Mary and went on to earn a doctorate in physical therapy from USM in 2020. Lydia has also received a certificate in vestibular rehabilitation from Mid America Balance Institute. With the help of physical therapy, Lydia overcame physical hurdles to become a 2016 Olympian. She now has a passion for assisting patients across the lifespan to reach their full potential.
