My philosophy of care is to always put the patient first. It is important that they have an opportunity to ask questions and be heard. I believe that there is a direct connection between patients being heard, developing trusting relationships with their providers, and a subsequent improvement in their overall health.

Tiffany Kinnison provided absolutely excellent care in our visit. I am less interested in reporting how timely the visit was than in the quality of her listening to me, her knowledge of my condition, and her ability to explain things to me well. She spent an appropriate amount of time with me and I appreciated her expertise, manner and knowledge base. My visit was conducted from start to finish in a timely manner, but that is really not what I think should be asked about when rating the experience. APRN Kinnison gave me great confidence in her ability to take care of me and I am grateful for seeing her.
