Krista McCurley, FNP, MSN
Palliative Care Medicine
Krista McCurley, MSN, FNP, received her undergraduate degree at Mid America Nazarene in Olathe, KS and her master’s at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. Krista is a certified family nurse practitioner with interests in emergency medicine, oncology and family practice. Before joining the team at Palliative Support Services, she worked with the LMH Health Cancer center as a registered nurse.
Lori Winfrey, APRN
Palliative Care Medicine
Lori Winfrey is a certified family and oncology nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelors and masters degrees in nursing from the University of Kansas. She joined the LMH Health family at the LMH Oncology and Hematology Center in 2013 and transitioned to the Palliative Support Services team in 2020.
Nicole Apprill, MN, APRN, ANP-BC
Palliative Care Medicine
Nicole Apprill, APRN, graduated with a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Kansas in 2012. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Kansas. As a nurse practitioner, she specializes in palliative medicine and end-of-life care. In addition to being a nurse, Nicole serves as a preceptor for advance practice registered nurse students.
