She is absolutely awesome.

Follow-up appt for surgery. Dr Aldrich is a phenomenal plastic surgeon, but her bedside manner is a little course. The pace is extremely rushed, and quick answers are given to questions - no further explanation, description, discourse with patient, or invitation to ask more. I've forgotten questions I did have at appointments - the pace is abrupt. I've also sought out my own answers instead of feeling like I can just ask her anything I'm wondering about.

I have been so impressed with the care I've received here. I expected this process to be extremely complicated and I was dead wrong. Everybody I've interacted with has been kind, understanding, attentive, helpful, and reassuring.

Dr Aldrich is fabulous. She is a really good human - excellent surgeon, great listener, caring and kind. As a retired RN I have worked with a lot of doctors, and Dr Aldrich is definitely head and shoulders above. LMH is blessed to have her and should do everything in their power to keep her.
