Karen was great. She answered all my questions and explained everything for my post-surgical appointment.

She's highly competent

The experience was very positive - all my questions were answered and the provider knew everything she needed to know.

Good

Karen Tsai provided excellent, concise instructions for care of my surgical wound. The site has healed splendidly, with minimal raised ridge thanks to her excellent instructions. Healing has been swift. I know some pain or discomfort is to be expected and will diminish with time, that full use of the hand is encouraged during this process.

Karen took the time to explain my options and to answer any concerns I had

Very professional and compassionate.

Apparently a kind person and a competent provide

Very friendly and seemed to true care and want to help with my injury.

I've seen Karen before and she always is smiling, friendly and explains things. Takes her time and makes sure I understand what she is doing or could do in future
