My philosophy of care is individualized and patient-centered. There are multiple ways to treat an injury or illness and my job is to work with my patient to find the right treatment.

Dr. Xiao was amazing. The day after my surgery Dr. Xiao called to check on me.
Excellent care!
Dr was professional and clear in the information provided to me; particularly regarding what I might anticipate in the future as far as healing.
Dr. Was Great!
The doctor seemed to downplay the significance of my discomfort.
It was a very good experience. Dr. Xiao was warm but professional and I felt he really listened to me.
Always kind and respectful.
Very good.
Very good
Dr. Xiao diagnosed the problem with my hand and described the surgical treatment that he may provide, depending on results from an upcoming MRI and whatever I decide. He was very polite and answered all of my questions.
